Terms of service

The service

Rukhanka creates AI-generated character illustrations, animated Telegram stickers and character animations from an uploaded photo. Your chosen pack determines the number and type of outputs. The current price and included files appear on the creator page; the final total, currency and any tax appear at checkout.

This is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Your order starts by creating a still character. Animation begins only after you approve that character in the creator.

Your photo and permissions

Upload only images you own or have permission to use, including permission from the people depicted. For a child’s photo, the uploader must be their parent or legal guardian or have that guardian’s permission. Do not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, abusive or sexually exploitative material.

You keep your rights in your uploaded images. You allow Rukhanka and the generation providers used for your order to process them to deliver the service. See the Privacy Policy for the data involved.

Review and use of results

AI results can vary in likeness, details, movement and consistency. Review the character before approval and inspect the final animations before sharing or using them in a project. The service does not promise an exact likeness, a specific artistic result or exclusive copyright in generated content.

You can download the delivered files and use them subject to your rights in the source material and applicable law. Rukhanka does not clear third-party trademarks, copyright or likeness rights on your behalf. Telegram and game-engine compatibility may change independently of Rukhanka.

Delivery, replacements and access

Your files are delivered through My creations in the browser that placed the order. Save your private recovery key and download your finished files. A recovery key grants access to your creations, so keep it private.

Some outputs may require another attempt. When an included replacement is available, the creator displays that option for the affected sticker. If an order cannot be completed or the available attempts do not resolve the problem, use the refund and support process.

Stopping generation preserves the work already completed; it does not automatically cancel a payment or issue a refund. Deleting a creation removes its uploaded and generated media from active storage and cannot be undone.

Payments

When enabled, purchases are sold through Paddle as our authorised reseller. Paddle handles checkout and purchase payments under its Buyer Terms. Refund requests and any applicable statutory withdrawal rights are described in our Refund Policy and Paddle’s policy.

These terms do not restrict consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
